President of the Russian Federation Control Management
1. The President of the Russian Federation's Control Management (hereinafter referred to as the Management) is an independent unit of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
2. In its activities, the Management follows the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal laws, decrees and orders of the President of the Russian Federation, the Charter of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, orders of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, as well as this Charter.
The Charter of the Management is approved by the President of the Russian Federation upon the recommendation of the Head of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
3. The main tasks of the Management are:
supervision and inspection of the implementation by federal executive authorities, executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as organizations of federal laws (insofar as they relate to the powers of the President of the Russian Federation, including ensuring the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens), decrees, orders, and other decisions of the President of the Russian Federation;
supervision over the implementation of national projects;
supervision and inspection of the execution of tasks assigned by the President of the Russian Federation and the Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation;
supervision over the implementation of the annual messages of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, budgetary messages of the President of the Russian Federation, and other programmatic documents of the President of the Russian Federation;
informing the President of the Russian Federation and the Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation about the results of inspections and preparing proposals based on these results for preventing and eliminating identified violations
