Territory of Innovative Development
Innovation Development Territory (IDT) - a production territory defined in accordance with the Law of the City of Moscow dated May 26, 2004, No. 35 "On the Specifics of Using Land Plots for Preserving the Scientific and Industrial Potential of the City of Moscow" or other legislative acts of the city of Moscow, and possessing high scientific and technical, innovative, educational and production potential, with the basis of its economic activity being the creation and implementation of competitive science-intensive products, as well as providing services for their promotion to the market
