Supporting facilities of the "Baikonur" complex - communication systems, television and radio broadcasting facilities, heating, water supply, energy, gas supply and sewage systems, highways and railways, engineering networks, automotive transport, rolling stock, airfield, aviation and airfield equipment, as well as other objects creating necessary conditions for operation of the Baikonur cosmodrome and Leninakan city with corresponding property, land plots and necessary sanitary protection zones
