Regional investment project
Regional Investment Project (RIP) - an investment project of regional and interregional significance, implemented under the conditions of public-private partnership, aimed at socio-economic development of a subject (subjects in case of an interregional investment project) of the Russian Federation in terms of creation and (or) development of transport, engineering or energy infrastructure owned by the subjects of the Russian Federation and (or) municipal property, with a cost of not less than 500 million rubles;
