Contract of Air Carriage of Cargo (Mail)
2. Under a contract for air transport of goods or under a contract for air transport of mail, the carrier is obliged to deliver the goods or mail entrusted by the shipper to the destination point and hand them over to the person authorized to receive the goods or mail (consignee), while the shipper is obliged to pay for the air transport of goods or mail.
