ATM - a device for conducting cash transactions and (or) transactions using payment cards in an automated mode (without the involvement of an authorized representative of a credit institution or a banking payment agent, sub-agent carrying out activities in accordance with the legislation on banks and banking activities), transmitting instructions to a credit institution regarding the conduct of transactions on behalf of individuals from their bank accounts, as well as for preparing documents confirming the transmission of such instructions
