dangerous cargo - cargo which, due to its inherent properties, under certain conditions during transportation, maneuvering, loading and unloading operations, and storage, may cause an explosion, fire, chemical or other type of contamination, or damage technical equipment, devices, facilities, and other objects of railway transport and third parties, as well as cause harm to human life or health, and damage to the environment;
