2.13. Trading system – a legal entity holding a license for a professional participant in the securities market to conduct activities related to organizing trading on the securities market and (or) a stock exchange license, authorized by a contract with the Central Bank of Russia to organize, in accordance with regulatory acts of the Central Bank of Russia, the conclusion and execution of transactions with Bonds
