Market price of fund units (shares, interests) of a foreign index investment fund
10. The market price of shares (stocks, units) of a foreign index investment fund is deemed to be equal to the calculated value of such securities determined in accordance with the legislation of the country where the fund is registered, based on the net asset value of the fund, as of the date of calculation of the market value of assets comprising the investment portfolio; if on that date the calculated value of shares (stocks, units) was not determined, then it shall be deemed to be equal to the last date of its calculation preceding the date of calculation of the market value of assets comprising the investment portfolio.
