Testamentary Refusal


1. The testator may impose on one or several heirs by will or by law the performance, at the expense of the inheritance, of any property-related obligation in favor of one or several persons (beneficiaries of the testamentary refusal), who acquire the right to demand the fulfillment of this obligation (testamentary legacy)
