Partial Property Insurance
If in an insurance contract for property or entrepreneurial risk, the insured amount is set lower than the insurance value, the insurer upon occurrence of an insured event must compensate the policyholder (beneficiary) for a portion of the losses incurred by them proportionally to the ratio of the insured amount to the insurance value.
The contract may provide for a higher amount of insurance compensation, but not exceeding the insurance value
