Joint Authorship
1. Citizens who created a work through joint creative effort are recognized as co-authors regardless of whether such a work forms an indivisible whole or consists of parts, each of which has independent significance.
2. A work created by co-authors is used jointly by the co-authors unless otherwise provided for in an agreement between them. In cases where such a work forms an indivisible whole, none of the co-authors may prohibit the use of such a work without sufficient grounds.
A part of the work that can be used independently of other parts, i.e., a part having independent significance, may be used by its author at their discretion unless otherwise provided for in an agreement between the co-authors.
