Commercial Communication


"commercial communication": any form of communication designed for the direct or indirect promotion of goods, services or the image of a company, organization or private individual engaged in commercial, industrial or craft activities or working within a specific professional field. The following, by itself, does not constitute commercial communication:

- information providing direct access to the activities of a company, organization or individual, in particular, a website address or an email address;

- communication relating to goods, services or the image of a company, organization or individual collected independently, in particular, without a financial objective
