7) information that is harmful to the health and (or) development of children - information (including that contained in informational products for children), the dissemination of which among children is prohibited or restricted in accordance with this Federal Law;

information harmful to the health and development of children - information that, in terms of its content, presentation and (or) due to the use of special techniques (including hidden inserts and other technical methods) during its production and processing, which influence people's subconsciousness, is capable of having a harmful effect on the physical or mental health of children and (or) cause disturbances in their moral, spiritual, psychological, physical or social development, including by forming distorted social orientations and attitudes among them, inciting children to potentially dangerous actions, acts of aggression, violence or other anti-social behavior (including criminal offenses), instilling in them a pathological fear and horror or stimulating premature interest in sex and early onset of sexual activity
