Contract on the Organization of Carriage
The carrier and the cargo owner may enter into long-term agreements on the organization of transportation when necessary to carry out systematic transportation of goods.
Under the agreement on the organization of cargo transportation, the carrier is obligated to accept the goods within the established timeframes, while the cargo owner is required to submit the goods for transportation in the specified volume. In the agreement on the organization of cargo transportation, the volumes, deadlines and other terms of providing transport means and submitting goods for transportation, payment procedures, as well as other conditions for organizing transportation are defined.
