Financial Leasing
Financial leasing is a type of leasing related to the implementation of a leasing agreement, in which the lessor is reimbursed for the cost of the leased asset to the extent of not less than 75% of its original (restoration) value through depreciation charges (in accordance with the rules of the country specified in the agreement), regardless of whether the transaction is completed by the lessee repurchasing the leased asset or returning it to the lessor
