1.1. Attestation is a form of state-public oversight of the quality of education in secondary vocational educational institutions and their branches.
1.2. The purpose and content of attestation is to establish compliance of the content, level and quality of training of graduates of secondary vocational educational institutions with state educational standards. A condition for attestation of secondary vocational educational institutions and their branches is positive results of final attestation by at least half of their graduates over three consecutive years
