Current currency operations

Current operations include:

a) transfers without payment deferral for the purpose of conducting transactions related to the export and import of goods, works, services, information, results of intellectual activity, including rights thereto;

b) making payments related to the financing of export-import transactions within the period established by the legislation of the state for current foreign exchange operations;

c) granting and obtaining loans and credits within the period established by the legislation of the state for current foreign exchange operations;

d) transfers and receipt of dividends, remuneration (interest) and other income from deposits, investments, loan and other operations;

e) non-commercial transfers, the list of which is established by the legislation of the state
