Objects of adjacent rights

1. The objects of neighboring rights are:

1) performances by performers and conductors, and productions by directors - stage producers (performances), if these performances are expressed in a form that allows their reproduction and distribution using technical means;

2) phonograms, that is any exclusively sound recordings of performances or other sounds or their representations, excluding the sound recording included in an audiovisual work;

3) messages transmitted by organizations of broadcasting via air or cable, including transmissions created by the organization of broadcasting itself or at its request and expense by another organization;

4) databases insofar as they are protected against unauthorized extraction and reuse of materials that make up their content;

5) scientific, literary and artistic works made public after they have entered the public domain, insofar as the rights of publishers of such works are protected
