Victim of human trafficking


A victim of human trafficking is a natural person who has suffered harm due to human trafficking, including those involved in human trafficking or held in conditions of forced labor, regardless of their procedural status, as well as the presence or absence of their consent to the offer, recruitment, transportation, transfer, sale, exploitation, or other acts related to human trafficking
