Technical Malfunctions in the Operation of Thermal Networks
"technological violations" - violations in the operation of thermal networks, which depending on their nature and severity of consequences (impact on personnel, deviations in energy carrier parameters, environmental impact, extent of equipment damage, other factors affecting reliability) are divided into accidents and incidents, including:
- "technological failure" - forced shutdown or limitation of equipment operability, damage to buildings and structures, leading to disruption of the process of heat energy transmission to consumers, if they do not contain signs of an accident;
- "functional failure" - damage to buildings, structures, equipment (including backup and auxiliary), which did not affect the technological process of energy transmission, as well as incorrect actions of protections and automation, erroneous actions by personnel, if they did not lead to consumer limitations and reduction in the quality of supplied thermal energy
