Losses of mineral resources during extraction

12. For these Methodological Guidelines, losses of minerals during extraction are understood as a part of balance reserves of minerals not extracted from the subsoil during the development of deposits, minerals extracted and directed to rock dumps left at storage, loading, primary processing (preparation) sites, on transportation routes of mining operations, in cases of oil and gas extraction, losses during preparation of oil and gas extracted from the subsoil, as well as losses during primary processing of mineral raw materials in special cases provided for by subparagraphs (b), (c), and (e) of paragraph 8 of these Methodological Guidelines
