Technological vibration
- general vibration of category III - technological vibration affecting a person at workstations of stationary machines or transmitted to workstations without sources of vibration. Sources of technological vibration include: metalworking and woodworking machines, forging-press equipment, casting machines, electric machines, stationary electric installations, pump units and fans, equipment for drilling wells, drilling rigs, livestock farming machinery, grain cleaning and sorting equipment (including dryers), construction materials industry equipment (excluding concrete placers), chemical installations and petrochemical industry, and others.
General vibration of category III by location is divided into the following types:
a) on permanent workplaces in production facilities of enterprises;
b) on workplaces in warehouses, dining rooms, living quarters, duty rooms, and other production premises where there are no machines generating vibration;
c) on workplaces in plant management offices, design bureaus, laboratories, training centers, computing centers, medical stations, office spaces, workrooms, and other premises for workers engaged in mental labor;
