Refusal to prepare the auditor's report
- an opinion expressed in writing in the form specified by the rules (standards) of auditing activities, stating that the effect of limiting the scope of the audit is so significant that the auditor is unable to obtain sufficient audit evidence to prepare an unqualified conclusion, a negative conclusion or a qualified positive conclusion, as well as in cases where circumstances arising during the audit violate the principle of auditor independence
