Non-Profit Partnership


1. A non-profit partnership is a membership-based non-commercial organization established by citizens and (or) legal entities for the purpose of assisting its members in carrying out activities aimed at achieving the objectives specified in paragraph 2 of article 2 of this Federal law.

The property transferred to the non-profit partnership by its members becomes the property of the partnership. Members of a non-profit partnership are not liable for its obligations, and the non-profit partnership is not liable for the obligations of its members, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

2. A non-profit partnership may engage in entrepreneurial activities corresponding to the objectives for which it was established, except in cases where the non-profit partnership has acquired the status of a self-regulating organization.
