Market value of financial instruments under futures and options contracts
The market value of financial instruments under futures and options contracts is deemed to be equal to the sum of cash, foreign currency, and the value of securities provided to the clearing center as collateral for the performance of obligations under the aforementioned contracts. At the same time, this market value is increased by an amount determined based on the number of option contracts that do not require the party (parties) to pay variation margin, and with respect to which the person acting on behalf of assets constituting the investment portfolio is the entitled party, and the theoretical price of these option contracts, and decreased by an amount determined based on the number of option contracts that do not require the party (parties) to pay variation margin, and with respect to which the person acting on behalf of assets constituting the investment portfolio is the obligated party, and the theoretical price of these option contracts
