c) "gas-consuming equipment" - boilers, industrial furnaces, technological lines, utilizers and other installations using gas as fuel for the production of thermal energy for centralized heating, hot water supply, in technological processes of various industries, as well as other devices, apparatuses, aggregates, technological equipment and installations using gas as raw material;
