3.3. work execution plan (hereinafter - WEP): An organizational and technological document developed by the organization performing these works, or by specialized organizations at its request, holding licenses for these works, and intended to coordinate solutions for ensuring safe working conditions and industrial safety when the contractor performs specific types of work on the client's objects:
- for the construction of new facilities, expansion, reconstruction WEP should be developed by the general contractor;
- for individual types of repair, special construction, installation, commissioning works, including current repairs of buildings and structures, as well as technical devices and equipment, WEP may be developed by the organization performing these works
