Head of the Temporary Financial Administration
2. The head of the temporary financial administration oversees the activities of the temporary financial administration and bears personal responsibility for the performance of the powers assigned to it by this Code.
The head of the temporary financial administration has the following powers:
during the exercise of the powers of the temporary financial administration, represents the Russian Federation (a subject of the Russian Federation) before the arbitration court in proceedings concerning the restoration of the solvency of a subject of the Russian Federation (municipal formation);
submits to the relevant state authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation (local self-government bodies) a draft plan for restoring the solvency of the subject of the Russian Federation (municipal formation);
submits for consideration by the state authority of a subject of the Russian Federation (local self-government body) draft normative legal acts (municipal legal acts), provided for in the plan for restoring the solvency of the subject of the Russian Federation (municipality);

coordinates the introduction of amendments to normative legal acts (drafts of normative legal acts) of state authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation (municipal legal acts (drafts of municipal legal acts), provided for in the plan for restoring the solvency of the subject of the Russian Federation (municipality);
(as amended by Federal Law No. 63-FZ dated April 26, 2007)
gives consent to perform and/or performs the powers of the head of the financial authority of the subject of the Russian Federation (municipality) in accordance with Article 168.6 of this Code;
exercises other powers provided by this Code and other federal laws
