Lease Payments
1. Lease payments are understood to be the total amount of payments under a lease agreement for the entire term of the lease agreement, which includes reimbursement of the lessor's expenses related to the purchase and transfer of the leased asset to the lessee, reimbursement of expenses related to the provision of other services stipulated by the lease agreement, as well as the lessor's profit. The total amount of the lease agreement may include the buyout price of the leased asset, if the lease agreement provides for the transfer of ownership of the leased asset to the lessee.
