Mutual Administrative Assistance of Customs Authorities
1. In the present chapter, mutual administrative assistance is understood as actions taken by a customs authority of one member state of the customs union at the request of a customs authority of another member state of the customs union or jointly with it, in order to ensure compliance with the customs legislation of the customs union and to prevent, detect, and investigate violations of the customs legislation of the customs union
