Requirements Presented in Court When Challenging the Results of Determining the Cadastral Value of Real Estate

Оспаривание результатов определения кадастровой стоимости недвижимости
The results of determining the cadastre value of a real estate object may be contested by an administrative plaintiff in court through the following claims:
- to establish the market value of the real estate object; to change the cadastre value due to the identification of inaccurate information about the object being appraised, used in determining its cadastre value, including the correction of technical and/or cadastre error (hereinafter - applications for reconsideration of the cadastre value);
- to challenge the decision or action (inaction) of the Commission.
Proceedings on administrative cases concerning challenging the results of cadastral value determination are regulated by Chapter 25 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation.
