General meeting of owners of residential premises
1. The general meeting of the owners of premises in a multi-apartment building is the governing body of the multi-apartment building.
2. The competence of the general meeting of the owners of premises in a multi-apartment building includes:
1) making decisions on reconstruction of the multi-apartment building (including its expansion or construction of additional floors), construction of utility buildings and other structures, facilities, capital repair of common property in the multi-apartment building;
(as amended by Federal Law No. 123-FZ dated June 4, 2011)
2) making decisions on the scope of use of the land plot where the multi-apartment building is located, including imposing restrictions on its use;
3) making decisions on the use of common property by other persons, including entering into agreements for installation and operation of advertising structures, if their installation and operation are intended to use the common property of the owners of premises in the multi-apartment building;

3.1) adoption of decisions on determining persons authorized to conclude agreements on the use of common property belonging to apartment owners in a multi-apartment building (including agreements on installation and operation of advertising structures) under conditions established by the decision of the general meeting;

4) selection of a method for managing a multi-apartment building;
4.1) adoption of decisions on current repairs of common property in a multi-apartment building;

5) other issues assigned to the competence of the general meeting of apartment owners in a multi-apartment building by this Code
