Title "Supplier of Products for the Needs of the Russian Federation"
1. The title "Supplier of Goods for the Needs of the Russian Federation" is established in order to stimulate Russian legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who carry out deliveries of goods (products, works, services) for the needs of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as suppliers), and is conferred by a decision of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. The title "Supplier of Goods for the Needs of the Russian Federation" is conferred on suppliers who have won tenders (competitions) at least three times in a row and have supplied goods in accordance with the concluded state contracts.
3. The title "Supplier of Goods for the Needs of the Russian Federation" remains with the supplier for two years from the moment of termination of the state contract concluded as a result of the last won tenders (competition).
4. To confirm the title "Supplier of Goods for the Needs of the Russian Federation," a supplier who previously held this title must win tenders (competitions) at least twice in a row.
