Title "Supplier of Products for the State Needs of Russia"
1. The title "Supplier of Products for the Needs of the Russian Federation" is established in order to stimulate Russian legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who carry out deliveries of products (goods, works, services) for the needs of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as suppliers), and is conferred by a decision of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. The title "Supplier of Products for the Needs of the Russian Federation" is conferred on suppliers who have won tenders (competitions) at least three times in a row and have supplied products in accordance with the concluded state contracts.
3. The title "Supplier of Products for the Needs of the Russian Federation" remains with the supplier for two years from the moment the performance of the state contract, concluded as a result of the last won tenders (competition), is terminated.
4. In order to confirm the title "Supplier of Products for the Needs of the Russian Federation", a supplier who previously held this title must win tenders (competitions) at least two times in a row.
