Enforcement documents


1. Enforcement documents submitted (presented) to the bailiff are:

1) enforcement orders issued by general jurisdiction courts and arbitration courts based on judicial decisions they adopt;

2) court orders;

3) notarized agreements on the payment of alimony or their notarized copies;

4) certificates issued by commissions on labor disputes;

5) acts of bodies performing supervisory functions regarding the recovery of monetary funds, accompanied by documents containing notes from banks or other credit institutions where the debtor has opened settlement and other accounts, indicating complete or partial non-fulfillment of the requirements of these bodies due to the absence of sufficient funds on the debtor's accounts to satisfy these requirements;

6) judicial decisions, acts of other bodies and officials in cases of administrative offenses;

7) orders issued by the bailiff;

8) acts of other bodies in cases provided for by federal law;

9) notary's enforcement notation in the presence of an agreement on out-of-court enforcement against pledged property, concluded as a separate contract or included in the pledge agreement
