State Cadastral Valuation
For the purposes of this Federal Law, state cadastral valuation shall mean a set of actions including:
adoption of a decision to conduct state cadastral valuation;
formation of a list of real estate objects subject to state cadastral valuation;
selection of an executor for the work on determining cadastral value and entering into a contract with them for conducting the valuation;
determination of cadastral value and preparation of a report on determination of cadastral value;
expertise of the report on determination of cadastral value;
approval of the results of the cadastral value determination;
publication of the approved results of the cadastral value determination;
entering the results of the cadastral value determination into the state cadastre of real estate.
Consideration of disputes regarding the results of the cadastral value determination is carried out taking into account the specific provisions established by this Federal Law
