1) state positions of the Russian Federation and state positions of the subjects of the Russian Federation (hereinafter also referred to as state positions) - positions established by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal laws for the direct performance of powers of federal state bodies, and positions established by constitutions (charter), laws of the subjects of the Russian Federation for the direct performance of powers of state bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation;
