Caramel cooler


Caramel cooler is a non-crystallizing brown substance with an aromatic odor. It exists either in the form of a more or less syrup-like liquid, or in a solid state, usually as a powder.

It is produced from sugars (usually glucose or sucrose) or syrup by heating for a more or less prolonged period without access to air at a temperature of 120 - 180 degrees C
