Witness in Arbitration Proceedings


1. A witness is a person who possesses information regarding factual circumstances relevant to the consideration of the case.

2. A witness is obliged upon summons by the arbitration court to appear before the court.

3. A witness is obliged to provide the arbitration court with information concerning the substance of the case being considered, which is known to them personally, and to answer additional questions from the arbitration court and parties involved in the case.
