6. "information" means information subjected to processing and (or) analysis for the purpose of establishing signs of customs violations;1

Data — information about persons identified on the basis of information received by such an authority and (or) results of actions taken in accordance with Russian Federation legislation to conclude a transaction with a Russian legal entity, individual entrepreneur or foreign person engaged in organizing and (or) conducting gambling without a license for the conduct of activities related to the organization and conduct of gambling in gaming zones or a license for the conduct of activities related to the organization and conduct of gambling in betting offices or totalizators, including those accepting interactive bets in accordance with this Federal Law5.
