Phytosanitary Certificate


"phytosanitary certificate" - an international document accompanying quarantined goods, issued by the authorized body of the exporting country in the form established by the International Convention on Phytosanitary Measures (Rome, 1951, as amended in 1997) and certifying the phytosanitary condition of the quarantined goods. The term "phytosanitary certificate" used in this Regulation includes also a re-export phytosanitary certificate
