Russian sparkling wine: sparkling wine with an ethyl alcohol content by volume from 10.5% to 13.0%, and carbon dioxide pressure in the bottle of not less than 350 kPa at 20°C, saturated with carbon dioxide as a result of secondary fermentation in hermetically sealed vessels of fermented grape must and/or wine materials intended for table use produced from established grape varieties
