Processing on the customs territory
1. Processing within the customs territory - a customs procedure under which foreign goods are used to carry out processing operations within the customs territory of the Customs Union within established time limits with full conditional exemption from the payment of import duties, taxes and without application of non-tariff regulation measures, followed by the export of processed products outside the customs territory of the Customs Union
