29. Housing services include services such as:
- provision of residential premises for use under a social lease agreement or a lease agreement for a residential premise from state or municipal housing stock;
- maintenance and repair of residential premises, including services and works related to the management of multi-family residential buildings, maintenance and current repair of common property in multi-family residential buildings;
- capital repairs of common property in multi-family residential buildings for homeowners;
- removal of solid household waste;
- removal of liquid household waste from multi-family residential buildings
