Services

3. Services are the useful results of production activities that satisfy certain needs of citizens but do not take material-physical form, which could be subject to property rights. Providing paid services is activity carried out upon request of consumers on a remunerative basis, leading to a change in the location or condition of objects belonging to the consumer or to a change in the consumer's own condition.

128. Services are the result of an enterprise (organization)'s activities aimed at satisfying a specific need of the consumer
