Jam


Jams are obtained by boiling whole fruits, fruit pulp or certain types of vegetables (e.g., zucchini, eggplants), as well as other products (e.g., ginger, rose petals) with sugar in approximately equal proportions. After cooling, jams have a medium-density consistency and contain pieces of fruit
