Strategy for the Development of the Shipbuilding Industry
The Strategy for the Development of Shipbuilding Industry is understood as an integrated set of objective functions, principles, and decisions coordinated in terms of objectives, implementation timelines, and resources, which should be implemented through complexes and plans of legal, economic, scientific and technical, organizational, and political-diplomatic nature within budgetary target programs and individual projects. The Strategy defines the main principles and directions ensuring effective dynamic development of the industry and aligns with the general ideology provided for in decisions of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation.
