Subject of Attorney-Client Confidentiality

The subject (content) of the attorney-client privilege includes:

- the fact of contacting an attorney, including the names and titles of clients;

- all evidence and documents collected by the attorney during preparation for the case;

- information obtained by the attorney from clients, and documents if they are part of the case proceedings;

- information about the client that has become known to the attorney in the course of providing legal assistance;

- the content of legal advice given directly to the client or intended for him;

- the attorney's handling of the case;

- the terms of the agreement on the provision of legal assistance, including financial transactions between the attorney and the client;

- any other information related to the attorney providing legal assistance
