Federal Civil Service of the Russian Federation
1. The federal civil service of the Russian Federation (hereinafter also referred to as the civil service) is a type of public service, representing professional service activities carried out by citizens of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - citizens) in positions of the federal civil service of the Russian Federation (hereinafter also referred to as civil service positions) for ensuring the performance of powers of federal government agencies, government agencies of the subjects of the Russian Federation, persons holding federal state positions, and persons holding state positions of the subjects of the Russian Federation (including being in a reserve personnel pool and other cases)
